How to register

Install PUJO360 Committee from Google Play and log in with the contact person’s phone number (OTP).
Enter the club name (Bangla and English), address, ward, year established, and upload your registration or police-permission document.
Stand at the pandal gate and tap “Use my current location” to set the pin and the entrance. Add photos.
Our team approves registrations within 48 hours during September. Your pandal is published after approval and the first photo passes moderation.

Paid passes: what is needed for payouts

Paid timed-entry passes are optional. To receive money you must complete KYC in the app. The money goes through a Razorpay linked account in your club’s name, never through an individual.

Entity PAN of the club or society (not the secretary’s personal PAN). The 4th character must be A, B, T, G, J, L, F or C.
Bank account in the club’s name, with a cancelled cheque.
Registration certificate (WB Societies Registration Act, or trust deed).
Authorised signatory ID and a committee resolution authorising the arrangement.
GSTIN, if you have one.
The platform agreement, signed in the app.

Prices and fees

Pass price is capped at ₹500. Keeping every pass at or under ₹500 keeps the pass itself outside GST for most committees.
PUJO360 commission is 10% of the face value, inclusive of GST. Visitors pay a separate, clearly shown convenience fee for the booking service; it is not deducted from you.
TDS under section 194-O (0.1% with PAN) and any applicable TCS are deducted and shown on your settlement statement.
Settlement is T+3 after the slot day, with a statement PDF in the app.

Without payments

A committee without an entity PAN or a club bank account still gets everything else: listing, photos, poster, nomination, free passes and the queue console. Payment enablement is a badge, not a gate.
