1. Using PUJO360

• PUJO360 is a free guide to Durga Puja pandals. Pandal information is contributed by committees and our seeding team and may contain errors; check locally before travelling far.
• You must be 18 or older to create an account. Browsing without an account is open to everyone.
• Do not spoof your location, use automation, or create multiple accounts. Doing so voids your visits and ratings and may suspend your account.
• Stay safe. Crowd levels and directions are estimates. Follow police and volunteer instructions at every pandal.

2. Ratings and awards

Ratings are governed by the published methodology at pujo360.in/methodology. Awards are recognitions of public opinion, not endorsements. Committees may not offer anything of value for ratings.

3. Timed-entry passes

• Passes are issued by the pandal committee; PUJO360 is the technology platform and collects the face value on the committee’s behalf plus a separate convenience fee for its own service.
• A pass admits the holder during the printed window only. Entry can be refused for safety reasons by the committee or police; refunds then follow the refund policy.
• Passes are non-transferable and must not be resold.

4. Committees and content

• By uploading photos, videos or text you confirm you own them or have permission, and you grant PUJO360 a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and promote them in the apps, website and marketing for this and future seasons.
• All uploads pass a moderation queue. We may remove content that is unsafe, misleading or infringing, and we will tell you why.
• Committee listing is free. Payment enablement requires KYC and a signed platform agreement; the agreement governs revenue share, refund liability and settlement.

5. Liability

PUJO360 is provided as is. We are not liable for injury, loss or delay arising from crowd conditions, closures, weather or third-party services, beyond refunding what you paid us where the refund policy applies. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

6. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata have exclusive jurisdiction. Write to the grievance officer first; most issues are resolved within a week.
